Olive oil tortas with rosemary and thyme. These handmade tortas are crunchy and delicious, the result of a recipe that’s been mastered for over 100 years. They’re handmade in Seville (southern Spain), and form a tasty snack that we challenge any of your local bakers to match! The Tortas are made to exactly the same recipe that Inés Rosales revived in 1910.
